I have over 14 years of professional construction experience in positions ranging from Assistant Project Superintendent, to
Project Manager and Chief Executive Officer. After spending my youth on drywall and carpentry crews in my native Canada and
playing sixteen years in the National Hockey League I studied architecture at Montgomery College. My taste for design, but
true love of building made a Construction Management degree a better fit. Following my professional hockey career I completed
my formal education and settled in Maryland

I worked for a Maryland based Real Estate developer with my primary undertaking being the completion of seven casual dining
restaurants in Maryland and North Carolina. I was Gord responsible for all phases of development but also responsible for
identifying, securing financing and purchasing $12,000,000 of commercial real estate. Once the construction of each restaurant
was complete, I oversaw the operations and then was responsible for selling the operations and leasing the buildings and real
estate to new operators

In addition to my work in the commercial real estate market I also was responsible for the development of a twenty unit single
family home development in Ellington, Connecticut. As was the case in the commercial real estate projects I managed, I was
responsible for identifying the location, securing financing, purchasing the property and managing the build-out
